I'm Saeed Vayghani, a software architect and engineering leader with 15+ years building scalable platforms and high-performing teams. From co-founding a market-leading streaming service to leading core-banking and insurance products at Klarna, I take ideas from zero to one and own them through to production. I work hands-on across distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and applied AI (LLM ops, agents, RAG) on AWS and GCP — and I care just as much about mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar as I do about the code itself.
